Q:   Why do I keep getting "Error running dates files. Run Auto Update first...."
A:    Run the update from Auto Update Icon and NOT the iModem

Q:  I sometimes only get the data in the morning and not with the 5.30 evening download.
A:  Change your system clock from AM to PM

Q:  I cannot initialize modem on selected COMPORT
A:  Select appropriate comport modem is installed on from the Control Panel go to Modems and Diagnostics)  
 - Or Change MODE of download to VIA INTERNET

Q:  I get ACCESS DENIED periodically not continuously
A:  Contact your local Agent to find out about getting the latest iModem Software

Q: How do I setup my download to work via my firewall or proxy server
 
A: Open iModem (via the shortcut on your desktop or Start-PrimeCharts menu)

- Click Properties
- Click Proxy-Firewall Details
- Untick 'Use Defaults'
- For 'Access type' select 'Proxy'.
- In 'Proxy Name' enter the name or IP address of your Firewall or Proxy Server (this will either be a name or a set of numbers like the following 196.11.12.100)
- In  'Port' - Enter the Port number your Proxy/Firewall Uses for the HTTP protocol (usually 8080)
- In 'User Name' type in the name you use to log on to the computer,or, if applicable, the name you enter if an authentication box appears when you try to surf the web.
- In 'Password' enter the password that you use with the previously entered User Name
