Q:  How do I copy the file you have just sent me to the MM2 Directory?
A:  To do that left click once to highlight the attachment
 - Then right click
and then go down until you find the word Save As and left click on that.
 - It will then come up with a window headed at the top with Save Attachment
 - Just below that it will say Save In and there will be a window to the side that probably says My  Documents or Desktop.

 - You do not want to save it in My Documents or Desktop - you want to save it in the MM2 directory.
 - So click the down arrow key (at the right of that block) and you can then probably see your C drive.
 - Double click on C and then the big block below will show all the directories in your C drive.
 - There you will find the MM2.Double click on MM2. That will now appear in the window at the top and a whole lot of folders underneath.

 - Now click on the Save button to the right. It will tell you that the file already exists and do you want to overwrite.
 - You say Yes.
 -
You have now successfully copied the file and you can close everything down.

A:
Look on your desktop and find the iModem icon
 - double click with your left finger to open it.

 - Having opened iModem on the right hand side you will see a button called Properties.
 -
Left click on that, once.
 -
A window will come up with your ID Number and Password in the top left hand corner.
 - Or, you can look on the back of the CD case which your Market Master came in. You will find a sticker on the back that shows you your ID number and Password in brackets, as well as your Serial Number.

Q:  When I try to do the download I get Access Denied.

A:  Is the date and time on your PC correct?
 - To find out put your cursor over the time in the bottom right hand corner, and do a right click.
