We have a number of user guides and step-by-step support documents that can assist you with many aspects of our products and services.  If addition to what is available on this page, existing software users can log on to the online site https://online.primecharts.com (or click on the Links menu and select User Online Area) to access software manuals. Enter your email address below and then click on Validate.   If you are registered with us (as a potential user or a current/past user), we will customise what we send to you with any needed details (user number, serial number, login details, etc).   If you are not registered with us, we can only send non-user specific documentation. Once you have validated an email address, the documentation we can email you will be enabled.  Select the desired document and click on Proceed.
